How to get your Repeat Prescription
There are 4 ways that you can access your Repeat Prescription

Patient Online - if you have registered for this service you can order your Repeat Prescription online wherever you have access to the Internet. Please CLICK HERE to access this site
2. At Reception - Please tick the box on the tear off slip from your last prescription with only those items you wish to order this time
3. By Post - please mail the tear off slip from your last prescription to the Surgery with only those items you wish to order on this occasion.
4. Through the letter box - please put the tear off slip from your last prescription, with only those items you wish to order on this occasion.through the Surgery letter box on the front of the building
